stoutfellowToday, I feel good about myself.
It's partly illusory; I can come up with a few reasons why I shouldn't. But screw it, I'll fuss about those things another day. Today is for happy.
Mainly, it's this. A few days ago, I returned the galleys for Taxonomy I with my corrections - a few typos, no more than a hand's worth. Today, I finished the body of Taxonomy II. All that's left is the bibliography, which will have to wait until TI goes on line - it's one of the four references. Tomorrow, I will begin sketching out Taxonomy III (Towards a Taxonomy of Polygons III: Weighted Transforms and Varignon Conjugacy). I have a loose mental outline, and I know in general terms what I'm going to say, but I haven't written anything yet. I hope to finish it by the end of summer. (It turns out I won't be teaching the combinatorics class after all, so I'll have plenty of time available.)
