The current occupant of the White House has named Matthew Whitaker to be Acting Attorney General, in place of the fired Jeff Sessions. Whitaker has publicly asserted his belief that Marbury vs. Madison, the case that established judicial supremacy, was wrongly decided, being unsupported by the Constitution.
Note who the defendant in that case was: Madison. That is James Madison, who was President at the time. James Madison, sometimes called "Father of the Constitution". Note that Madison acquiesced in the decision.
Mr. Whitaker? If it was good enough for James Madison, it's good enough for me. You can just take a hike.
