Predictions
Feb. 11th, 2018 11:40 amContrary to prediction, there was only a fine sifting of snow - less than an inch - last night, and no more is predicted for today. There's enough snow to excite Gracie - she keeps asking to be let out, and romps happily when she is - but not enough to fret about.
A different prediction, though, has proven true: I still have no energy.
I'll go clothes-shopping on Tuesday. Not today.

Date: 2018-02-11 06:15 pm (UTC)Pretty much every family doctor in Ontario started asking about vitamin D supplements in a "what are you taking?" way some years ago now; I take this event as coinciding with when the actuarial evidence that it was a good idea got overwhelming. (Rather like flu shots; special for at-risk, then mutter, grumble, special clinic, for close to a decade, then "walk-in available in any pharmacy, simplified form, transit ads EVERYWHERE". (Flu is apparently like measles; less flu, less other things.)
There are those who will get quite vehement about B vitamins, too.
