What a horrifying story. And the follow ups from other family members posting about their memories equally bizarre.

That poor guy must be still blaming himself about the van soundproofing, or at least seeing himself in connection with what happened on the roadtrip. His mother was certainly lucky.

Much more linear and coherent than my post (http://www.livejournal.com/users/khavrinen/16526.html) about being friends with a serial killer, but I didn't really start out to talk about that. I started out writing about the movie "Gothika," and sort of went sideways. Perhaps someday I will write a more complete version of my experiences with Wes Dodd, but I'm afraid my memories are kind of faded -- somewhat intentionally.
