Enriched Spam

I just received a bit of spam that got through the filter, advertising, I think, a skin moisturizer of some kind. There's the usual "To get off our spam target list, click on this link", but then something I hadn't seen before follows.
There are what appear to be extracts from several Wikipedia articles appended, none of which have anything to do with skin care. (Topics include the Usumacinta River, tracheobronchoplasty, The Pantheon Saga, South Bronx slumlords, football player Jim Brown, and a couple of others. A couple of them have "this article has problems" notices attached, which is how I know they're from Wikipedia.)
Whatever. Trashed, deleted.
