Summertime

I wasn't planning on teaching this summer, but apparently the chair and assistant chair ran into a staffing problem. As a result, I will be teaching Math 350, Introduction to Analysis. It's been a while since I last taught it, but it shouldn't be a problem. The course covers the basics of calculus, this time from a strongly theoretical standpoint, starting from logic and set theory and developing from there. Should be fun....
One of my Senior Project students gave his presentation a week or two ago, and passed. I'm meeting regularly with the other two. One of them might be able to present early in summer, but the other probably won't get there until late summer or early fall.
Ah, well. I'll worry about those things when the time comes. For now, I'm going to enjoy "Spring" Break.
