Murphy seems quite a bit better this morning - enough so that I'm going to hold off on the vet. He's moving a lot better, and he's a good deal perkier - wagging his tail, holding his head up, accepting treats without any coaxing. I will be keeping an eye on things, though; if he's off his feed again anytime in the next few days, I'll have to take steps. Thanks to all who offered their good will, in whatever form.

Webster is wagging his tail for Murphy. Hope all continues to be well.

It seems so. He attacked his food with his usual vigor this evening.

I have no idea what was wrong yesterday, but he does seem to be back to normal now.

I am *so* glad!

Inca still hates my guts, as I have to give her pills for another 5 days. It didn't work at all in food, so I have to try to shove it down her throat. Several times. I even bought a vet's pill injector, but she was wilier that it was - or I just couldn't do it right! Oh, well. I'm sure her mouth still hurts like heck, to put it politely. The Little Rat (Fidel) is enjoying her discomfort immensely. Erg. Sibling rivalry.

That's great! I'd dropped out for a bit, so missed your original post--nice to show up in time for the good news.
