Volokh Does Good

There are times - many times - when Eugene Volokh, of the Volokh Conspiracy, drives me up the wall. But then, there are occasions when he posts something that warms the cockles of my heart. This is one of them. (I tell my students about stuff like this pretty much any chance I get, but in particular in my History of Math class.)
