Why is it that North Star vanilla ice cream sandwiches can be unwrapped easily, while their Neapolitan sandwiches need to be carefully peeled, resulting, usually, in many shreds of ice-cream-smeared paper? (I haven't bought the Mississippi Mud sandwiches in a while, so I don't know which way that flavor goes.)
