The quiche came out pretty well, although it didn't seem to want to set. The jury's still out on whether putting tomato and mushrooms in the same quiche was a good idea. (It wasn't a bad idea - it tasted good - but the contrast between the two flavors was a bit startling.) A whole quiche lasts me about four days, so I'll have time to make up my mind. (The cheesecake will last the same length of time, and it was unequivocally good.)
Yesterday's snowfall was light, and it's gone by now. Tomorrow it's supposed to get into the fifties, without any precipitation, so I do think I'll be able to go in. The university is closed for the weekend, so the Science Building will be locked, but they've introduced a new keycard procedure so we can get in; I haven't tried it yet - here's hoping it works!
