stoutfellowIt has been brutally hot for the last week or so - highs in the mid-to-high 90s F and humidity to match. I missed a chunk of it while I was in California, but the weather gods saved some for me. It's not expected to break for at least another week.
Getting the dogs home from the kennel Monday was an adventure. Let's just say that we all made it home without permanent damage.
Walking two blocks to and from Shop'n'Save, even at 9 AM, is enough to drench my clothing with sweat.
I'm glad I only have to be on campus one day a week.
