Gracie Mk 2

stoutfellowI took Gracie to the groomer today. Taking into account the weather (warm and sticky) and the state of much of her fur (just sticky), we agreed on a shorter cut. I wasn't quite expecting this, but I think we can live with it.
On the way back, Gracie kept stopping and refusing to go further. I'm not sure whether it was because she was hot and tired, or because the wind was at our backs and she kept smelling interesting things behind us, but the upshot was that I carried her most of the way. After we got home, of course, Buster spent a couple of hours investigating her. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the camera, so I didn't get any pictures of that.
Things have settled down now. (Me? I'm tired and my feet hurt. That's not a short walk, and I took it four times today....)
