I don't know what triggered it, but last night, starting around 9 PM, my upper and lower GI tracts started taking turns, violently objecting to something I'd eaten. I finally (I hope) purged whatever it was around three in the morning, but between lack of sleep and the general washed-out feeling the night's exercises left me, I'm going to be running on fumes today.
(I've had some breakfast, and there's been no recurrence yet. Fingers crossed.)

Do think carefully about what you ate that might have been tainted with something milder, enough to make you sick but not as drastic as a bout of salmon-HELL-a. You just don't want a repeat, I'm very very sure!
