Tomorrow is the fifth annual department potluck. The first three years, I made quiche. (The first year was before I straightened out the runniness problem....) Last year, I didn't feel like cooking, so I brought a store-bought cheesecake. People complained about my not bringing quiche. This year, quiche Lorraine....
