A couple of weeks ago, I mentioned Amazon's screwup concerning a Gene Pitney CD I had ordered. I sent the incorrect item - a Pitney box set with the same name as the CD - back, and they agreed to send me the right one.

I received a package from Amazon this afternoon.

It contained the box set.

I'm getting a little peeved, here.

Wow. That WOULD be seriously annoying! Hope you can get it straightened out, finally!

If the coding is wrong in their computers, it may not be possible to get the correct product from them, regardless of what customer service says. I went through that, ended up returning the item twice, and buying the item at a local store.
