What on Earth makes spammers think that a subject line like "You look really stupid :name:" will encourage people to read the contents?

Why am I getting so much spam in Portuguese?

And where did "No need to be thin anymore" come from? (I haven't been thin since puberty. I've progressed from "stocky" to "stout" in the years since....)
