Warranties
Mar. 25th, 2008 06:53 pmI complained, some time ago, about being harassed by telephone solicitors concerning the (nonexistent) warranty on my (nonexistent) vehicle.
carbonelle advised me that, by waiting to the end of the call, I could signal my desire not to be further bothered. (The specific signal was "Press 2".)
I have now followed her advice. Three times. (Once it was "Press 9", but I take that as the moral equivalent.)
