A Message on My Answering Machine

"We've been trying to reach you concerning the warranty on your vehicle..."
Yes you have. Repeatedly. Over a period of months. Using a variety of phrasings and voices. I have heard them all.
I have not responded to any of them. Does my silence not constitute a message in itself?
There is no warranty.
There is no vehicle.
There is no interest in your services.
Leave. Me. The hell. Alone.

Date: 2008-02-22 06:30 pm (UTC)I don't much mind solicitors, in general. I've got Caller ID, so I can screen. These people, though... I've gotten at least three "Final Courtesy Warnings" from them, after which the cycle begins again.
I should probably sign up for the list. (Do the words "World-Class Procrastinator" ring any bells?)
