stoutfellowThe forecast high for tomorrow is 20F. I don't have classes on Thursday, so - with that weather in mind - I normally wouldn't go in. But - according to an e-mail I received a couple of weeks ago - there is a departmental meeting scheduled for 11:00, so....
Today, at the end of my calculus class, one of my students approached me. It seems she has classes during my regular office hours, so (she asked) was I coming in tomorrow? I told her about the meeting, and said she could meet with me afterward - sometime in the early afternoon.
I went back to my office, only to find another e-mail postponing tomorrow's meeting to next Thursday.
