Another Trip to the Vet

Today it was Murphy's turn. He's developed a really ugly skin condition - raw spots, chewing, and shedding. The vet managed to eliminate some of the nastier possibilities; she gave him a steroid injection, and sent me home with a special shampoo and bottles of antibiotics and antihistamines. Also, his ears have gotten infected again, so I've got another antibiotic and a cleanser for those. He'll have to go in again in two weeks to see how things have developed.

I just gave him his first bath with the new shampoo. He is unhappy with me.

Next Friday it's Ben's turn again, this time for his dental work.
