Resolutions Thwarted

In keeping with the general theme of not procrastinating this year, I arrived on campus at 11:00. (My classes today are at 4:30 and 6:00.) I had a list of half a dozen things to take care of.

I can't do any of them.

I need, variously, to talk to certain people, to examine certain books, and to get certain signatures, and the people, books, and signatures are unavailable at the moment.

This is a test. This is only a test. I shall persevere. I shall.

Yes, I did, but that felt like cheating.

The talking occurred; the book is en route (although not in time for the class); the signature remains to be dealt with, probably tomorrow.

Other things went wrong as well. I'll grumble tomorrow...

Not quite yet. The problems I named in the post resolved quickly; the other problem persists, and I think I'm going to hold off until it gets settled.

And keep warm - I heard it was 40 degrees below zero in Minnesota. Is E-Ville also kindly putting its residents into winter hibernation mode?
