Well, as long as it still works... Does it? Though it'd be very difficult to repair if it breaks down (as all machinery will eventually...). :p

It works just fine, apart from an occasional loss-of-signal, fixable by tapping the VHF knob.

I am impressed. I don't have any that age, and I have several. Just replaced one about that age - it was definitely on its last legs.
