Things Accomplished
Mar. 9th, 2011 07:00 pmThe plumber has been and gone, and I once again have two fully functional bathrooms. I'm also about a Kbuck poorer.
I've written up the details of the solution to Case IIIA (at least, the parts I haven't already told the group) and sent them around to the other members of the research group. I've also begun looking at Case IIIB, but I'm still in the picking-at-threads stage. I'll take a good swing at it tomorrow, I think.
I gave Civ V a try yesterday, but I don't have a firm grip on gameplay yet. I was just blundering around, offending Bismarck, trying to enlist the Edinburghers as allies, and beating up on barbarians.
Shop'n'Save has moved all the medicinal and hygiene products into one corner of the store, and it's suddenly a lot easier to forget to pick them up. The last three times I've gone, I've forgotten to buy toothpaste. The tube I have is nearly all squoze out.
