Catching Up

I've fallen behind a bit on book reviews and such; I hope to post several over the next few days. (No guarantees, though.) Let's complete the list of recent reading now, though; asterisks mark books I intend to comment on. At the beginning of break I reread Bear's Blood Music; at the end of break I finished In the Forests of Serre* and Ombria in Shadow* by McKillip and The Paradox of American Power by Joseph Nye. After break I reread Timothy Zahn's Triplet*, and I'm currently reading Stephenson's Quicksilver* and de Quincey's Confessions of an English Opium-Eater (which last I might or might not review). I also hope to post some comments on A Fountain Full of Blood, Sewer, Gas, and Electric, and perhaps Singularity Sky.
