stoutfellowFor some years now I've made it a habit to celebrate the Fourth by watching 1776. Today, though, about an hour and a half in, the DVD started stuttering - pausing for a few seconds, resuming for a minute or two, and then repeating the process. I finally gave up. (It hadn't even gotten to either of my favorite numbers - "Momma, Look Sharp" and "Molasses to Rum".)
There are no visible blemishes on the DVD; I'll have to try some others to determine whether there's something wrong with the player.
