Bliss

After several months of not having had any ice cream;

after many months of not having had any Häagen-Dazs dulce de leche;

that first mouthful is absolutely euphoriac.

The later mouthfuls are up there too.

It's worth it, saving special things for special occasions.

Indeed. And ice cream and chocolate rank right up there with manna, IMHO.

Better, thanks. He's about up to normal levels of bounciness; his appetite is still a bit off, but the meds have two or three more days to run, so that isn't worrying me. (He's eating, just not as much as usual. He accepts his dog treats, but only eats them about half the time. The rest he leaves, and Murphy snatches them.)

Very glad to hear that Ben is doing much better. You must be so relieved.
