Well, that was disappointing. I could have sworn there was a 5PM service at St. Mary's. Oh, well, I'll get it right next week.
On a lighter note, baseball starts in earnest tomorrow. A number of the pundits are picking the Padres to win the NL West this season - admittedly, because they think none of the teams are much good, but still, it's the sunniest outlook for the Friars in some years. Also, it looks like Khalil Greene will be in the running for Rookie of the Year. That'd be nice too.
I finished Who's Afraid of Beowulf, and haven't settled on the next thing. I should probably reread Paladin of Souls, so I can keep up with the discussion on the LMB list.

Date: 2004-04-04 04:53 pm (UTC)I'll probably pull out my BCP later and at least read the service. Not the same thing at all, of course, but better than nothing.
I've been having a lot of fun following the Paladin discussion on list, haven't decided yet if I have time to join in though.
