Aches & Pains

Sunday night, I must have slept wrong or something; I seem to have tweaked my back. For the last couple of days, I've been getting an occasional expression of displeasure from the right side of my mid-back.
This morning, I did something to my left knee, and it's been twinging me at intervals all day.
Neither of these is continual, but each keeps zapping me from time to time without warning. It hasn't been too bad so far this afternoon, since I've mostly stayed at my desk. But in about fifteen minutes, I have to go give a lecture, and I'll be engaged in that for most of the ensuing three hours.
I suspect that this isn't going to be fun.

P. S. My chiropractor always said to sleep on your side in a fetal position with a pillow between your knees; maybe that'd work for you.
