Paella, Day 2

I'm still not quite satisfied with it, but it tasted a good deal better today. There was a certain bitterness to it yesterday, which seems to be gone now. Maybe I will try it again sometime, without the shortcuts and makeshifts. Maybe I should invest in a paella pan. (Surely there are other things one can make with a paella pan, besides paella!)
