Yesterday, someone from the Lions Club was standing outside Shop'n'Save, taking donations and handing out candy. I dropped in a dollar, and he gave me a roll of Lifesaver-type candy and a roll of mints. I've been working through the first roll at intervals since then.

Most of the candies were lime-flavored; all but one of the rest were lemon. The other was orange, and there was no cherry.

I feel vaguely cheated. This is, I know, unworthy of me; but there it is.
