There's a new plaque in my personal Hall of Fame, for King Sejong the Great of Korea. (Some parts of the linked post are in Chinese and Hangul characters, but most of it should be readable.)

Sounds like he earned the plaque! Scholar, linguist, educator, and inventor...hope you're enjoying some rice wine as you celebrate his day.

I don't have any rice wine. I don't even have any maple mead, which is made around here, and I have had a taste, and Ivan slanders it.

But he (the King) sounds like a good person. I wonder if he has been deconstructed to the extent that your Dem list was - although I admit, their flaws didn't take much research.

It is 9 pm here - time to go wash dishes and see how the Chargers fare.
