stoutfellowGov. Ducey of Arizona has announced that he will appoint Martha McSally to the Senate seat that will be opened by the resignation, at the end of this year, of Jon Kyl. (McSally ran for the other seat this year, but lost to Kyrsten Sinema.) That means that one fourth of the next Senate will be women.
