The only song that comes to my mind is "Springtime in the Rockies", which is a bit early. (On the other hand, my collection does stretch back to Billie Holiday and Nat King Cole, who are of that era.) ("Springtime for Hitler" isn't an acceptable nominee...)
It's odd, given how important a topic spring is in lyric poetry, historically.
