stoutfellowIt's definitely spring.
1. My allergies have come back with a vengeance. I can't afford to skip my antihistamines, as I occasionally could in winter; last Thursday, I skipped, and it was brutal - eyes, nose, and throat all in pain by the time I was able to get home and dose myself.
2. Today, I walked over to Shop'n'Save for groceries, wearing a heavy T-shirt - no coat or windbreaker. (Sister C, it's the Beatles shirt you gave me over the holidays. That was you, wasn't it?)
3. Opening Day! I'm not particularly sanguine about the Padres this year, especially with yet another rash of injuries, but I do want to see what a full season with Cabrera, Gyorko, Grandal, Cashner, and Ross will be like. :knocks wood:
