Snowy Day

We got a couple of inches of snow last night, the first accumulation of the year. The temperature is still below freezing, but it's climbing, and should hit 40F later today. The sidewalk looks like it's pretty much clear, but the streets look very icy. This is unfortunate, as I'm almost out of several staples and really need to make a major grocery run; treacherous footing is not what I ordered for the day. I'll wait another hour or two, I guess. Why do we keep having bad weather on Sunday, which is my big grocery day? (:peanut gallery: Why didn't you go shopping yesterday? :/peanut: Shut up.)
