Scenario: the Supreme Court declares a certain law unconstitutional. A close analogue of that law is part of the UCMJ. Does the ruling also negate it?

As usual on my visits to SD, I paid a visit to Barnes & Noble today. The pickings were disappointingly slim, but on the bargain table was a hardcover copy of Marilynne Robinson's Home, for $5. Of course I snapped it up.
