Blarggh

I came home today in a thoroughly vile mood. The faculty meeting did not go as badly as it could have, but it did nothing to resolve the underlying political fight. A chance to relax, the presence of the dogs, a bellyful of spaghetti and ice cream, and a good book have started to soothe me, but the bile is still rumbling around under the surface.

I need to do something to calm down - not to shove things under the rug, but to calm down; and I'm deuced if I know just what.
