Mundane Details
Mar. 14th, 2009 06:22 pmBuster is incredibly cute when he's curled up to sleep. Unfortunately, there's a sort of observer effect; any attempt to photograph him when curled up will immediately bring him to full attention. Still cute, but less so.
It turns out that Gracie does like toys; they just have to be the right kind. She's dug out a couple of chew toys, and a squeaky toy in the shape of a hamburger. (I should have guessed that squeaky toys would attract her; after all, terriers were originally bred as hunters of small vermin.)
I really need to get Gracie to a groomer soon. Let's put it this way: three of the last five times I've taken her outside, I've had to bathe her immediately after. Verb. sap.
The nice thing about living with two lapdogs is that all three of us fit on the bed. If I can just get Gracie to stop climbing over me (and Buster) to get the choice spot at the head of the bed....
