Nasfic, Day Four

There wasn't a lot going on the final day of the con, but there was some fun.

After the con, mbernardi, filkferengi, her husband, and I went to dinner at Ponderosa again. On Monday we visited Cahokia Mounds; after touring the museum, filkferengi begged off from touring the Mounds themselves, but the rest of us exhausted ourselves doing so in the near-100F heat. We'd been considering the St. Louis Zoo for Tuesday, but the heat dissuaded us from that and we went to the Science Center instead. The exhibits there were fun, and not much marred by an offensively silly show at the planetarium. The three of them left for their respective homes Wednesday morning, and I'm back in the grind....
