They should teach them to go to Tom Smith's website [http://www.tomsmithonline.com/] to download "Talk Like A Pirate Day", so they'd know how to do things properly.
Alternatively, they could go to Heather Alexander's site [http://www.heatherlands.com/] and get "Heather and the Album of Secrets", especially "What Do the Little Pirates Say?"
Haven't seen that one. I do, however, find humorous the Capital One ad featuring the out-of-work huns, vandals, visigoths, whatever they're supposed to represent, having to take office jobs, work as airline stewards, etc.
I hadn't seen the one you mention until a day or two ago, but it is quite funny. (The FedEx commercial is somewhat similar, featuring a pirate at a job placement bureau; he gets a no-skill-needed job, which requires him to do nothing but deal with FedEx.)
