A Question
Why does my Caller ID have both "NOT AVAILABLE" and "Unavailable" (caps as given) as options? Is there some subtle distinction I'm not catching?

I know of three places CallerID can come from - your phone, your provider, or the programming of the caller. Some telescum configure their CallerID to provide false information - some variation on no information available seems to be a favorite.
