Quease Don't
I didn't sleep well last night1; among other things, I had a nasty leg cramp around 1 AM. This morning saw some minor GI distress - nothing serious, just sort of a warning flag. Pre-sick, if you will. I had no real appetite - more an aversion - but forced myself to eat a bowl of Corn Chex. Things feel slightly better now, but I'm going back to bed anyway.
1. Skyrim didn't help. I played it more and later than I probably should have.
