A while back, in a post on CCR, I compared their "Looking Out My Backdoor" to the Moody Blues' "Nice to Be Here". This morning, it struck me that the difference I see between those songs is rather like the difference I see between Douglas Adams and Terry Pratchett.

I may expand on that later, after I've had a chance to think about it.
