The following happened a few nights ago.
I woke up at about 12:30 AM. I got up and websurfed for a while, then went into the kitchen and had a bowl of cereal and a cup of coffee. I went back to bed - it was about 1:30 - fell asleep, and slept soundly until morning.
(It is possible for me to get wired on coffee, but it takes several cups in quick succession. One cup, meh!)
