I opened the door one morning the first winter after I got them, Morgan dashed out into the snow, froze his toes, and, I swear, levitated, did a 180, and *flew* back into the house. He refused to go out again for several days [g].

He later learned that snow wasn't so bad (he was white, so it made it easy for him to hide in plain sight), but I learned that he wasn't a true snow white, more a pale cream. He made the snow look like it had a bluish tinge.
