The city of Cleveland is suing the estate of Tamir Rice for the unpaid EMS bill the day Cleveland police shot him dead.
The City Council of Ferguson, MO has imposed conditions on the consent decree they negotiated with the Department of Justice as regards civil rights violations in that city. In response, AG Lynch has filed suit against them.
