The only computer I've connected it to in the last, oh, seven months is my home computer - and I'm very careful about hygiene on that one. Katrina suggests possible software or hardware failure; if it happens again, she says I should try resetting to factory defaults and reloading everything from Calibre. If that doesn't work, I'll have to get a new reader.
