Guru Needed

Help! Both of my LJ auxiliary tools, Semagic and LJArchive, are misbehaving, and I can't figure out what to do. This is longish, so it's under a cut.

When I attempt to post to LJ using Semagic, I get a "Server Error" message box; if I click on "See server reply", Firefox opens and gives me a "File Not Found" error:

Firefox can't find the file at /C:/Program Files (x86)/Semagic/reply.htm

I think this has happened before, but I can't remember how I dealt with it. (I may not have; I have a vague memory that it simply went away.)

Meanwhile, LJArchive has no difficulty retrieving my posts, but if it tries to retrieve comments it hangs for a long time, eventually giving one of two errors:
