Tomorrow, I intend to make Something. It will be somewhere in the vicinity of beef stew, but beyond that I cannot say; none of the recipes in my books seem to be quite the thing. But I have two pounds of stew beef; I have carrots, celery, onions, and potatoes; and I have a bottle of red wine.
Surely I can do something with that.
