I Always Wanted To Say "I Always Wanted To Say That"

Anyone know anything about a group called Spray? Someone on the Skin Horse board recommended this song as Sweetheart's theme, and a) I agree and b) I find the song entertaining enough that I'd like to know more about the group. Anyone?
